  • Delivery Window: Local delivery orders are typically fulfilled within 30 to 60 minutes during our published opening hours, depending on traffic and location.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout before transaction completion.

Retail Merchandise & Coffee Beans Shipping

  • Delivery Timeframe: For non-perishable merchandise (packaged coffee beans, brewing accessories, drinkware), orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days within Kuwait.
  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with delivery details.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate address details (Block, Street, House/Building number) and maintain an active contact phone number (+965). Re-delivery fees may apply if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or unresponsiveness upon courier arrival.
