Refund & Return Policy

Freshly prepared food and beverages, including coffee, specialty drinks, pastries, desserts and other prepared items, are perishable by nature and are not subject to the standard return or exchange period applicable to eligible non-perishable goods.

However, if an item is defective, spoiled, expired, unsafe for consumption, incorrectly prepared, missing, or materially different from the order placed, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a remedy is required under applicable law, Cafe Random will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, correction, refund, or another remedy permitted or required by law.

If an order contains an incorrect or missing item, please contact Cafe Random as soon as reasonably possible after receiving or collecting the order.

After verifying the order, we will provide the appropriate remedy where applicable, which may include supplying the missing or correct item, replacing the affected item, or providing a refund where required or appropriate.

For eligible non-perishable goods sold by Cafe Random, consumers may have statutory rights to return or exchange the goods within the applicable period prescribed by Kuwait Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations, including the applicable 14-day period, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

Where applicable, the product must remain in its original condition and satisfy the requirements prescribed by the applicable laws and regulations.

The statutory return and exchange period does not apply where the applicable law provides an exception, including products that are perishable or otherwise excluded by law.

If a product is defective, does not conform to the agreed specifications, or does not meet applicable mandatory standards, the customer's rights will be handled in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.

Depending on the nature of the issue and the applicable legal requirements, the remedy may include repair, replacement, return and refund, or another remedy provided by law.

Where a refund is approved or required under applicable law, Cafe Random will process the refund in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the procedures of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Where reasonably practicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Where applicable law requires a monetary refund, the customer will not be required to accept store credit or a voucher instead of that refund.

Products purchased during promotions, discounts or licensed sales remain subject to the mandatory consumer rights and requirements applicable under Kuwait law.

No promotional term or condition in this policy is intended to restrict or waive any mandatory statutory consumer right.

To request a return, exchange or refund, please contact Cafe Random or visit our store and provide the relevant purchase or order information.

We may request reasonable information necessary to identify the transaction and assess the request.

All requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable Kuwait laws and regulations.

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to restrict, limit, waive or exclude any mandatory right, guarantee, protection or remedy granted to consumers under the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable Kuwait law, the applicable law shall prevail.
